All of our products are available to see and try on in our Atelier, so if you’re local to us why not pay us a visit? In case you can’t come to the Atelier you can e-mail or call us letting us know which product you are interested in. We are happy to send you more pictures of any product and then post it to you if you decide to purchase it.
CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE?
No, at this stage we don't offer e-commerce. However, you can get in touch letting us know what product you are interested in and we can send it to you once we have received your payment.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE GIVEN PRICE?
The chosen item but forwarding expenses and duties (if any) are excluded.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We currently accept payments via PayPal.
HOW DO I BECOME A STOCKIST?

WHICH SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
Most of our felt garments are one-size items but if you need a specific size, we are always happy to make it for you.
CAN I REQUEST A TAILOR-MADE ITEM?

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All of our products are made in Italy, in our atelier located in Trieste.
HOW DO I CARE FOR FELT GARMENTS?
Delicate dry cleaning is advisable, especially for dresses and jackets (they may lose their shape when washed with water). Scarfs can be washed in 30 ° water using neutral/delicate soap, rinsed gently, rolled up in a towel to get rid of the excess water and left to dry on a straight surface.
